The success of our clients is what speaks volumes for us
Bethany Andel, CEO & President of Savage Brands, talks about her six years experience working with Troy Elmore at the Sandler Training office in Houston. When she first started working with Troy, she was "looking for the sales skill set" that could take her business to the next level. Bethany describes how what she "took away was so much bigger and even applies to my personal life, how I interact with clients, and how I interact with my team here... because in Sandler we spend so much time talking about general attitudes and behaviors towards sales, and how much you love what your selling. And you can take that anywhere."

Samuel Hoff, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Patti Engineering, talks about how his company’s sales more than doubled after Sandler sales training. “In 2007, we were a bunch of really good engineers and really bad salespeople; now we’re the same good engineers but we’re a lot smarter about the sales process.” In 2007 the company did a little less than $3 million in business and spent $1.10 for every dollar it made. Last year it did $7.5 million in business and spent 88¢ for every dollar it made. “My personal income is seven times what it was in 2007,” says Hoff. “That’s living proof of the success of Sandler.”
In the past 6 months with Sandler I have learned more about being a sales professional than I gained in 20 years as a professional sales man. Brad, Troy, and Roger are truly awesome in their skills. Their process of selling keeps me in one specific direction through out my interactions with prospects. There's no smoke and mirrors, no hard pressure, no underhanded tactics. Selling with Sandler system keeps pressure off the sales person as well as the prospect and these guys are great educators of the system. Since starting with Sandler I have closed more deals and at a higher GPM than prior. I'm more focused on specific prospects that fit who it is I want as a customer. I recommend the system as it simply works and these guys are truly amazing.
Greg Mack talks about the impact Brad Freyer had with Toshiba in Houston. "Before Sandler, our sales approach was pretty much haphazard. We had no real structure or process. Our coach Brad is very approachable. He understands our business. He is a definite asset to give us tips from a 3rd party perspective."
